We believe that society functions better and people are happier when individuals are connected to communities and devote time to maintaining their strength. Strong communities are founded upon respect and tolerance. Citizens should be encouraged to innovate and explore where these behaviours could bring benefits to the community, but they should also respect the sensitivities of people whose focus is on stabilising or increasing the security of the community. Each person has a natural role to play in community life and we aim to help people find where they fit in.
